How will the new passive tree changes affect a Poisonous Concotion league starter build ?

Hi, as the title says I was wandering how badly do you think that the new changes to the passive skill tree and the gem update will affect the build ?

The build I used has 3 auras and some support gems that make the mana cost to PC skill on the high end, Since the nodes that make mana reservation a little bit better are gone would there be some way to still make the build viable until white maps ?

I would like to start the league with this build since I recently played it and I enjoyed it, I found it easy to manage gear wise and learning to craft all those flasks was interesting.
