Posting my POB from console to help get advice

I keep getting the error message that my account is private or I'm not using the correct account name.

I've disabled all hidden profile check boxes and my account name would just be as on here correct?

If you are in Path of Building, go to "New", then import/export build. Select the console you are using (Xbox / Ps5) and put in your name that the Path of Exile website has for you. For example something like this is;

https://www.pathofexile.com/account/xbox/view-profile/Ripebear+X/characters

Then import to Path of building, using XBOX then name Ripebear+X. The + is important if you have a two part name, but if you don't just enter it there.

Once you have in in POB, you can export it.
