Verify.License issue-error code (NP-34958-9)

Randomly playing I got a countdown clock 15 minutes i belive and It said that my licensing had to be verified cause account cannot connect to server. but When I try to sign in it to primary acc Activation gives me an error code (NP-34958-9).
