Poor Performance in 3.22

Loading screens take 30-500 seconds to load. On first load screen of the day, this is more like 300-500 seconds. Same with loading into Rogue Harbor basically any time.

Constant freezing, lag spikes, performance reductions throughout content. Game frequently will send me back to the login screen due to unexpected disconnects, or my account needs to be logged in to play, or something else. All sorts of things seem to trigger this, from opening inventory, opening passive or atlas passive tree, to entering a portal, to opening a delirium mirror or legion monolith, to interacting with an NPC. Most often it just happens completely out of the blue with no noticeable trigger (just standard mapping activity).

Trying to map with a Wandering Path, Beyond and Harvest focused atlas tree. Gets way worse if I open a delirium mirror, legion monolith or breach. Haven't noticed it too much with metamorph, blight, harvest. Cannot tell if Beyond is responsible since it's on in basically every map I run, but it doesn't seem to be a huge issue.

DX11, DX12, Vulkan are all the same. Vulkan feels consistently the worst of the three. I usually have 10-15 Chrome tabs open and Awakened POE Trade at the same time. I like to play a Youtube video in the background (no picture in picture) on 360-480p but even that seems to kill performance even more, and even during some PoE lag spikes the Youtube audio will freeze. Alt-tabbing to try to access Chrome for trade or something freezes the computer for 5-10 sec each time.

I get through maybe 3 maps before I give up on the play session. Easily spending 4-5x the time in loading screens, lag spikes than actually playing.

At this point, I likely need to quit the league until better performance improvements are made. I've really tried hard to play the league but am close to giving up. If there's any more information I can provide, please let me know what will help.
