Right place, wrong time. League is close to over, and not many people still wander in the forums except announcements and discussion.

I don't know your budget but all your gear feel a bit weak. Generally speaking you should try to improve life and chaos resistance for survivability, and attack/cast speed for damage.

Haste is nice but there is no point overinvesting in it. You should drop Supreme Ego, pick all the Charisma nodes (just below) and slot in Determination and Precision, the latter granting you some crit chance and capping your chance to hit, which is absolutely mandatory at this point for a crit build. You may need either a lvl 3 enlighten (corrupt ones are cheap at this point of the league) or not level Precision to 20.

Cast on crit has no use as you already linked your mark with mark on hit.
Your crit chance is too low considering you've a decent crit strike multiplier, you should replace Inc crit damage support with Inc crit chance support.

Your bow specifically shouldn't have resists on it (even least 2 !), you want attack speed as a suffix, as it is local and acts as a "more attack speed" multiplier.
