Freestyle Witch Build Help!

Hey all... I'm running a witch build that was freestyled. I know, totally mental, but fun in a sadistic sort of way. ;) I didn't follow any specific builds, but I'd like to know if anyone can head me in the right direction regarding beefing up the build. My life and DPS are lackluster, but help is appreciated.
