Animated Health Globe? (possible mtx?)

After looking at the new challenge reward health globe, I wonder why don't you made animated health/mana/es already? I don't think making these would take a long time as it would be 1000% better. Lower spec pc can disable it in option. Pls sell this as mtx as i would 100% open my wallet for this.
