Please help me improve my build <Penance Brand of Dissipation - Inq - Int/Str Stacker>

I'm trying to make an Int/Str stacker and its working well so far but I don't know how to push my attributes even higher. I've based my build and passive tree around other players builds looking at PoE Ninja, but they all get 1k strength and intelligence.

This is my first time making an attribute stacker and I'd appreciate all help. Thank you.
