Build/Game help 3.23

Hi, so I'm fairly new to this game, as I have played the last season but I was following a step by step guide and getting constant help from my friends.
I've decided I'd like to try to play again, but now I don't have my friends to help me, and I struggle to find a guide that can hold my hand and offer help in the begining of the game. I saw a lot of builds that focus on the Uber and ultra late game but to be completely sincere, I don't think I'll even get there, because I don't have the time to put in this game to understand it in full.
So I was wondering if someone has a guide that can share with me to help me start with this 3.23 season.
As of now I've created a Shadow and I'd like to make a build around "Blade Vortex" if possible.
