How to improve TS MF build

Hi guys,

I recently switched from non-MF to MF TS but seem to be kind of stuck on T7 cemetary. I can barely finish the rare mobs on T11 burials when I collected > 6k wisp juice.

Any major errors in my build? Where should I invest to improve the build? For switch from tri-ele to cold convert I'd need several hundreds of spare divines, right?
