I have a few level 20 gems that I’m unable to vender to a level 1 Quality 20%

It was changed to only work with Support Gems. It no longer works with Active Gems.

The Divine Font at the end of Lab gives quality. Normal lab gives very low values (like 2%), Cruel gives a bit more (6-8%?), Merc gives high values (10-15%?), and Uber gives very high values (15-20%?).

I put ?s because I don't know the exact ranges, but my last set of labs from leveling gave values within those ranges.

Other than that, it's pretty much just GCPs.
