PS4 lagging and crashing.

I"ve been playing this game for many years, at the beginning we had some issues like a bit lag or sometimes disconnect sessions. But at least on the last three leagues is impossible playing POE, we are facing a lot of problems... Lag, crashes... 1 fps on buffed maps. I know that you will not solve the issues, but I would like to make clear that is a shame continue selling tabs and don't delivery a good performance game. Me and my friends are thinking sincerely to leave the game and request our money.
