Map runners rewards

I need help collecting my map runner's rewards on PS5. The reward icon is above the map device. I have hit every button clicked on every finished map and nothing. Please help.

Also, I contacted support and they said they could not help me. WTF

How come they can't help you? Isn't there a button to resync item labels. I used to have the problem that i could not loot items in various places.
