ice nova of frostbolts option

Hi im currently playing ice nova of frostbolts hiero and trying to minimax it, on poe ninja i found build that is based on call of the brotherhood instead of atziri's foible, those variant of this build have the highest dps on poe ninja, im currently running setup with void battery+atziri foible and anthanema i took from youtube and seems stronger its based on block chance. Have anyone not scum but guide to this build? Im dont really want to copy pob from poe ninja because lots of time im struggling in reading it without guide. thank you
