Favored Maps drop bugged?

In the beginning of the league it was all normal, but for several days, the Maps that I favored arent dropping, and I didnt block them on the atlas, is this another bug?

Dropping fine for me. Have you taken singular focus? This can make 1 map per 2-3 maps. I had taken this so sharing my experience.
