[3.25 STANDARD] 523 Million DPS Spectre Necromancer - Forged Frosbearer

This build was devised to make high-end spectre build which doesn't use ES or armour for defensive method. About 17~8 mirrors were spent to complete the build but surely it was worthful.

Offensive Mechanics:
- Total 8 spectres shoot 8 projectiles each per cast which shotgun.
- When being hit, cast when stunned triggers all the spirit offering and assassin's mark.
- Frostbite should be self-casted.

Defensive Mechanics:
- 90% all resistance
- 100% full conversion from phys to ele



(50~53% conversion from phys to cold <- 67~77% increased flask effect)

- Valyrium and bloodnotch allow instant 60% recoverery from hit damage and 40% damage is taken over time due to progenesis and is covered with recoup(58%).
- All the flasks have 100% uptime except quicksilver flask for about 0.1 sec sometimes.
- 100% reduced effect of curse due to quicksilver flask's suffix.
- Instant leech from spectres because of Bone Barrier ascendancy and Vessel of Vinktar

Spectre Defensive Mechanics:
- Raise spectre gem level is 39 -> Spectre level is 90
- Attack block 30% and spell block 29% -> recover 2% life when block
- Resistances
Fire: 84%(198%)
Cold: 90%(370%)
Lightning: 84%(198%)
Chaos: 75%(75%)

This is why I love standard but also why we can't have good things in standard

Just want all spectres to be buffed... Almost all of them are just trash even though items and passives are all min-maxed.
