Graphics bug on PoE playing in the Series X version

The textures of the game seem to gradually go to a very low resolution when I use a fire skill, specifically when I use Firewall.

this is not a bug, this is done so that the game does not freeze, sacrificing resolution

I get the concept of dynamic resolution, but I do think it's a bug, because it drops to an absurdly low resolution, like a 240p YouTube video type of low resolution
