Unable to login on console after buying supporter pack

I bought a supporter pack about three to four days ago on console and now the game is saying "Cannot log in because there is no internet connection" even though the Xbox one is connected to the internet is there a way to fix this ?

It might be better to email support directly in this case. They have better tools/apps/etc. to help you. In my experience an email to support is answered very swiftly.
