PS5 auto pop trophies bug (Sin and Salvation Trophy and Journeyman Cartographer trophy)

I already platinum the PS4 version. When I launched it to Ps5. I got the platinum but 2 trophies bug for me here are the trophies.

Sin and Salvation Trophy
Journeyman Cartographer trophy

I already met the condition but still this trophies are still existing not earned.

Already synced it to PSN and still there.
