Strange bugs here and there, harbingers not appearing - 3464964637 - PS5

Lately i see some strange bugs here and there. Alters just idling without the option to activate them, essence monsters trapped without X appearing for release and now stumbled upon a kirac memory with harbingers. Just stands there and nothing appears.
