Difference between MaxRoll and POB skilltree

Hi. I was just wondering if somebody could help who is a seasoned player.
I am following this POB guide, but the skilltree on maxroll has some differences to the POB that is linked on there. I don't really understand which one I should follow to have the best optimized build. I would appreciate a response. " There are different tree setups in the PoB and on the maxroll tree. (They are the same tho) Just switch the tab when you see the leveling tree and follow the tree that is correct for your level or current setup.
