Awakener's orb crashing game XBOX[1,98,63,69,617]

Whenever I'm trying to use awakener's orb my game is crashing instantly. The game freezes for a second or two and then crashes immediately. This happened twice already. Others are also facing the same issue. The item has a beast lock as well if it helps. I'm trying to craft so can we get a fix on this?

I'm also on the series X. Since when this is happening for you?

when can we expect a fix?

Having the same problem on x box

would be nice iff it would be added to known buggs, then we atleast get the feeling something is going get done. ty
