[PS4] Bug ref 2822483234

Hi, just encountered this bug (ish) in The Grand Promenade London (EU) realm. I have attached a screenshot. It might be a non-issue but thought I would mention it anyway in case. Hasn't affected my gameplay any i.e. I haven't crashed or anything.
