[PS5] loot filter needs manual selection each login

PS5 Pro, PS5 client. I have am using the following filter - https://www.pathofexile.com/item-filter/EQ1OgKhj. Every time I log in my loot filter has reset to the default filter and I have to go into the loot filter options to reselect it. It is not available at the main options screen, only once I have entered a game with a character.

I am having this issue with Path of Exile 2. It might be a bug with early release. I have reinstalled the game. I have cleared the cache and rebuilt the ps5 database. Nothing seems to be working. Could it be an account issue?
