wait time to solve account problem

i have a question

can someone tell me the estimated wait time
to resolve an email change on an account where the old email is gone?

last mail i got from the suport is from the 29th of november.

in that mail they aknowlegd the problem and told me to wait
and that no more mail from my part are needed.

the problem is i can redeem my poe2 key without the email change
