"Cannot Rejoin Area After Dying"

I was in Ogham village and kept dying. So I left area and went back to the finish the alter quest. Once that was complete, I tried going back to Ogham Village from both waypoints and walking from Ogham Farmlands and get the message "Cannot rejoin area after dying."

Now totally stuck.

Logged off for an hour and still cannot get into Ogham

Slightly different, but me and a friend were doing a boss, died, both went back to town to change gear, I went back and farmed a bit, died, went back to town, he came back to map, I couldn't use portals to go back to map (it gave the cannot rejoin msg) but *could* use a waypoint to go back. Unfortunately, since all the enemies were respawned, this meant me and my friend would have to reclear the entire path to the boss if we wanted to try again. We decided to stop playing for the night instead.

Same for me.

Can't join after i died. I went back to town and can't go in my friend's portal or teleport to my friend

It's February and this bug is still active. Cannot rejoin my friends' location
