Game breaking Exploit, PoE-2 unlimited mana regen

Hi GGG,

Found a bug, where u can get unlimited mana regen.
Will not go into full detail otherwise people will maybe use it.
Got it on video how it works and how to replicated it.

Also have this issue, unsure what's causing it though

Do you know how to stop it? I noticed today that I have way less attack speed than I had last night and as I was checking out my stats trying to figure out how... I noticed my mana is not moving at all. I checked to make sure it was actually a bug by equipping the tempest storm thing and I could stand in it and spam my frost strike indefinitely, and my mana was not moving at ALL. I have tried verifying the game files, I've removed all of my gear and re-equipped and still nothing. I can't figure out how to stop it.
