Network lags

Network stutters all the time, bounces between 35ms and 600ms (even had 9k once!). The game is basically unplayable. The chosen realm doesn't matter, it's the same everywhere for me

For me it happens every time I enter new zone. After I explore most of the zone ping stabilizes.

Just realized that using VPN helps. It doesn't solve the problem completely, but stutters are far less common now. Seems like it's a gateway issue. The lower ping boundary is higher, but at least the game is playable now
