Bugged Loading screens for ps5

I can’t play my character anymore I went into the mayor rampart zone and got an infinite loading screen and now every time I log onto that character it’s just an infinite loading screen. I can make a new character and it works fine but my main character is locked into that zone

same lvl92 invoker forever stuck in trials of chaos loading screens, nothing works at all. Dont think they have a fix since its been going on. devs what are you even doing?????
