Boss stuck outside of arena

Encountered an issue in a late act 3 boss fight where the boss becomes stuck outside the arena and cannot be damaged.

During the fight with Viper Napuzati, after the guards moved in for the last time Viper became stuck inside the guard line/wall. She continued to use abilities, but none of my skills could damage her.

This happened to me in a T15 Silent Cave unique map
The boss ran out of the arena right as I entered it. I got stuck inside, they got stuck outside. Can't teleport, relogging does nothing. Had to grab a guildmate to come into the instance to kill it luckily. Bug Report ID: #1146079474 |
