Skills are bugged

I'm experiencing the same thing. Meeting all requirements, but the skills are no longer selectable.

The UI is basically bugging out by the looks of it.

I cannot select boneshatter anymore and the "Used with weapon set" UI is broken.

Found a workaround. Creating a new instance of the skill gem in question makes it work. The bug seems to be tied to a specific instance of the gem, so replacing it with a new one works. The old gem remains bricked.

I am having a similar Issues on my mercenary but, it is the base crossbow skill. There is a sword icon in the skills bar selection menu but, cannot assign. The rest of my skills are there however.
