Portal not clickable

Hi,

This is the third time something goes wrong during the Trials and I am getting really annoyed.

I just finished of the boss and made a portal to sell items, seeing as I was allowed to do so. Just to end up on the caravan and the portal being inactive and not clickable.

Could you at least make it so the portal button changes to be a return button with all these portal problems?

Same. Left the trial and can't click on return portal on console. There are AFK players in front of it, and I always target them, never the portal.

Same...: Left the trial for a trade and then the portal at the caravan has no function.

Same as well. Very annoying. Not sure if its the afk players, or because its out of trials.. but man, does it p*ss me off.

This is related to the trials, not the console. This happens on pc but there is a work around.

Use waypoint to go back to trial sekhema, then walk up to the alter. You "should" be able to interact with the altar and "enter" or "resume" your trial.

You will then be in front of the altar to pick a room.

Do NOT do this before talking to merchants.

Just had the same problem. Finished all 10 trials, used a portal to vendor, and now I cant click on the portal to return.

That was my only Djinn that would provide ascendancy points and I fear I've lost that in addition to my items.

total crap, worst part is it never gets fixed in a timely manner and we never get compensated

Edit: don't believe this is a console(i'm on pc) or afk player issue. my portal was clear to click on.

this happened on the final trail boss fight and happened on some maps, when after the boss fight you cannot click the portal back to the map.

happens with citadels too. All portals are bugged on all the servers. This next patch fucked everything up with portals not clickable anymore

can confirm this. now it's a gamba if u leave a map for a trade -> cause u never know if u can return to the map or not.
