How can I reroll my favor choices?

I have completed the first challenge, which rewarded me with 800 favors and a selection of items to choose from. In the bottom right corner, there is a dice icon that I believe allows me to reroll the items available for selection. However, I am unable to access the dice. What am I missing?

I have the same question. On PS5 Pro I saw the dice icon but can't get down to it, tried various buttons. Is it only usable in some situations?

You can only select it if you have enough favor.
