Town portal on radial menu

I would love to have town portal bound to the radial menu to save me a skill slot on my action bar.

I currently bind it to the second bar, so I hold left on dpad then hit x to activate TP.

Since this is really the only thing I bind to the second bar, it always feels werid, since the only other time I hold a button to activate something is with the radial menu. I think this would make more sense to bind the TP to the radial.
