Early access problem

Why is it telling me I haven't bought early access. I paid the $60 pack on ps5 and I got all the items and I can even see the items on my character for path of exile one...
Is this a bug or something... do not know why this is I can show proof of purchase if anyone could please get back to me??? Last bumped17 дек. 2024 г., 16:24:50
