POE 2 Damage Recoup Bug?

So I have 70% damage recouped as mana, I tested with both MOM and without and I got zero mana in return at all. Does anyone know what's wrong or is this a bug that needs to be fixed?

So is this why my survival feels like trash? Also MoM & have 70%.. I’m gonna have to test this now.. I did see though that recoup in PoE2 is over 8 seconds opposed to 4..

Just tried out and there is quite a substantial difference unequipping recoup, still not strong enough to take on hits at once from multiple sources.

Is it possible that since you have MOM, you're not actually taking damage to life and therefore don't recoup any?

Yep after hours of testing ... recoup is bug and resets after a cuple of hits or it has a hiden dr to it "like 90% of poe 2" at thies poin they shold just make a preset character like diablo feels like ... so we don't play at all.
