Resonating Shield has bugged damage

Resonating Shield is supposed to have some amount of base off-hand damage. Sadly only the bonus damage from armour on shield counts towards the hit damage.

Bump, indeed these skills are bugged. Magma spray seems to work correctly.

Additionally they need to make red text tool tips of sorts to show incompatibility with skills or let the skill tree be similar to gems showing you compatibility. A lot of the skill tree that boosts armor to shields has 0 impact on resonating shield damage and is a frustrating waste of points and gold.
Alternatively update resonating shield to clearly state what does not work with it. Its also bugged that it doesnt scale from aoe damage but does from aoe range. |
