Music in Act 3, utzaal / aggorath ( also cruel ) hangs

Its happened a few times now that the music keeps hanging and cannot be stopped.
No matter if you switch areas, warp to other acts, music keeps on looping on a few notes.

Only solution is full restart of the game.
