Act 3 Normal - Golden idol... used?

I just killed the queen of filth, and teleported back to town to stash my loot and ID things etc, as i was opening up my stash the idol quest item randomly just disappeared, my character emoted saying There we go, and yea umm the temple door where i totally knew where it was before opened and the quest progressed. I was nowhere near that door and i didnt click on anything to use the item, i was just inside my stash and it auto-completed.



EDIT -> somehow managed to click the builds forum instead of bug reports. feel free to ignore/ delete this im going to repost it in the proper one.

This just happened to me as well. I had a quest objective to return the idol to Alvi and when I was closing the stash by interacting with the merchant next to it, Servi, I heard my character speak a voice line indicating completion of something and the idol was gone.
