Ghost Dance sometimes does not work

I have not found the exact trigger for this bug, but sometimes Ghost Dance does not trigger on hit. Today I logged in with Ghost Dance + Fast Forward equipped. I also had Withering Presence equipped and enabled.

I walked into the Temple of Kopec from act 3 normal and I had 3 stacks of Ghost Dance in the top left corner. When I got hit however the Ghost Dance did not count down and I did not get any ES at all.

Turning the buff off and on again fixed it however.

In fact it seems to not work every time you enter a new map, forcing you to re-enable the buff in the skill menu for it to work again.

it seems to bug out when you have a weapon swap as well. sucks. kind of bricks my whole defensive setup

The skill still doesn't work properly. No information from the developers...

It always bugs out when swapping aura/weapon sets. Requiring me to toggle it on & off multiple times to get it to work.
