cant atack during townportal

hi, i play on pc with a playstation controller,

in fight when i want to use a healtpotion i sometimes accidentaly press the button for town portal.

when i press the button for town portal i break the townportal animation and run around but i can not atack for a second or 2. i dont think this is intended.
