"Herald damage" small nodes doesn`t give dmg

The small nodes of "12% increased damage while affected by a herald" doesn´t give any extra damage to the other skills

I can see my damage increase if I enable herald of ash, for example, but for herald of plague these small passives do not seem to work |

I just tested this. It's still bugged. I get the damage bonus with Ash but not Herald of Plague. The spirit reservation discounts work fine with both.
