POE2: Where is the Ingame Currency exchange?

Hi,

Im currently in Act3, Where is the Ingame Currency exchange?

"Players can only access the Currency Exchange after completing Acts 1 to 3 and start playing Act 1 on Cruel difficulty"

passed all 6 acts, currency exchange is not available, there is no option in the dialogue

Not use it myself but I found this in the PoE2Wiki:

"The Currency Exchange is available in Act 4 through Finn, at least after defeating Lachlann."

Just spoke to him and he has a "Currency Exchange" dialog option at this point in the campaign.

It changes every minute

i have exactly the same problem. im in endgame and FINN doesn't have that option at all. i completed ofc all quests.

Act 3 of Cruel and into the end game , Alva becomes your go-to for the currency exchange

The same problem. The 6th act passed, there was no currency exchange, and all the quests were completed. Finn, Risu, Alva are only gambles in the dialogue. In the shelter, Alva also offers to choose a shelter. What should I do about it?
