Some PS5 screen tearing

Hi I am finding that there's some screen tearing especially on act 2 caravan town and in the heavily treed area's in act 3.

Tried lowering resolution to the next one down and using upscaling. It seems to help a little but still there.

Also on some stash locations in act 3 the triangle button drops items instead of transferring them from inventory to stash. The stashes I found so far are the first one as you start act 3 and at the trial of strength one.
