once you life is full soul tether works with ascendancy spell life leech. As soon as a blood orb is picked up and life exceeds max life, soul tether no longer works to refill Energy shield until life is below overcap again.

Gore Spike is not working.

If using bonestorm, heft won't work.

Couture of Crimson for 10% leech synergy bugs persistent effects when it reaches max, including sanguimancy.

Soul Tether for ES and leech synergy as alternative to overflow leech does not work.

I also experienced the couture of crimson bug

the gore spike bug is just a tooltip display issue at least

having the same problem, leech is not applied to ES instead when life is over maximum
