POE2 Crash Gpu allocator::Data::Data() CreateResource failed Error

After 115 hours no issues one day I try to open and get this error. My sound kinda cuts out and game closes with this error. I know its not my PC or anything like that. After awhile of trying it will just randomly decide to work again. Been dealing with this for 3 days now. Every day I try to open and sound cuts out and game dies. The worst part is it just randomly deciding to work again after many tries of nothing. I've reinstalled the game and repaired everytime and nothing but pure randomness decides when I get to open the game without this error message. Ive also only found 1 thread with this so literally 0 info on this bug and why I cant play.

I have exactly the same problem. Most of the times during the GGG intro animation and sometimes during loading screens in the game. Updated everything: OS, BIOS, GPU software... :(

I am getting this as well, Nvidia 3080. I think it was the most recent driver update. I'm getting crashes in fortnight that I did not used to get. I tried uninstall ingredients and reverting but still having issues.
