Health drain issues

Hi, I ve just chosen the Infernalist path, 2 pts for hellhound.
Dont know why, is it normal, that when casting no matter what kind of spell, my helath is going down to 1
Even using my chaos bolt wand is draining health....

I just followed this build - looks like sthg went terrible wrong to me :-(
