Temporal Rift + Clarity stops working

When I put clarity on temporal rift, it stops working. It continues to leave images and apply a buff, but the skill won't activate. I suspect this has something to do with spirit, but I can not confirm at this time. I have 60 spirit base and 15 from my neck. I have cast on freeze using 60, and the clarity should use 10. Spirit reads 5/75 with everything equipped, but temporal rift will not activate unless I remove clarity.

I just got an increase in my base spirit and it started working. This leads me to think the spirit from the neck was the source of the problem.

Just came on to report this bug and confirm it still exists. Clarity doesn't give the buff when socketed in Temporal Rift, but it also prevents you from using Temporal Rift.

If I turn off other spirit abilities, Clarity gives the buff and Temporal Rift starts working.
