Sun/Kabala relics from Act 2 Normal will not drop after deleting them inventory

I got the Sun and Kabala relics when I did Act 2 Normal.
I dropped/destroyed them later.
Now I am farming Keth and The Bone Pits in Act 2 Normal but they never drop.
I have done it for the past hour.
In Act 2 Cruel it dropped from the second group of mobs.
Help.

Any luck? I think I experience the same thing with the Kabala relic

Haven't tried it since I made the post.
