Soul Bloom notable being not a notable and having improper wording

As per title, the Soul Bloom notable passive above the witch's starting point seems to have of these 2 issues:

1. Its value of "15% increased Energy Shield recovery rate" is no different than the minor nodes leading up to it. Unless "recovery rate" is a different mechanic than "recharge rate", in which case the former would need a tooltip.

2. The description is typ0ed and needs correcting at least, if the value being identical to minor notes is an intended design choice.

Worth noing that the notable passive "Arcane Blossom" to the right of Soul Bloom also seems to have the same issue, the synthax being "recovery rate" (with no tooltip), as opposed to every other node on the map using "recharge rate" for ES and "regeneration rate" for Mana.

It's a different thing. Recovery includes recharge, regeneration, recoup, leech and whatever replenishes your shield. Needs a tooltip i guess.

What is "Recovery rate" and how does it differ from Recharge rate, and Recharge delay?

Based on what you said it increases the following by 15%:

Recharge rate
Recharge delay
Leeched energy shield
Recouped energy shield
something else??

You used the word regeneration, what does that mean?

This is a very unclear and confusing term and I am not convinced its not a bug. I also don't fully follow your explanation.

I'm not sure they couldv'e been much clearer. "Recovery" applies to all forms of recovering energy shield, including recharge. "Recharge" applies only to the recharge itself.

Just noticed this as well, would be nice either to fix it or word it differently if it's supposed to be additive with es recharge rate.
